As low as 3 to 5 pumps into the mouth once per day for mild symptoms and for prevention.
As high as 3 to 5 pumps into the mouth one dozen times per day for acute and intense symptoms.
Herbs can be taken once or several times (whenever needed) throughout the day.
Average dose is 3 to 5 pumps taken 5 times per day with extra doses taken whenever a sore throat needs soothing.
Higher doses are used for acute and/or severe symptoms, lower doses are used for milder symptoms and/or longer term maintenance.
