Clean as a Whistle is for people who suffer from any kind of allergies, especially seasonal hay fever as well as respiratory irritation from many causes.*

This formula supports the common symptoms associated with seasonal allergies and hay fever. Also appropriate for early stage and/or mild cold, flu & upper respiratory infection.*

Clean as a Whistle contains ingredients with anti-histamine & anti-inflammatory properties that focus on the eyes, nose, sinuses, throat and lungs. Also includes herbs with mucus dissolving and phlegm expectorating actions.*

Dosing Guidelines

• As low as 1 Teaspoon (5ml) per day for small and sensitive individuals.
• As high as 1 Tablespoon (15ml) per day for larger and robust individuals.
• Herbs can be taken at one time or dosed several times per day.
• Higher doses are used for acute and/or severe symptoms, lower doses are used for milder symptoms and/or longer term maintenance.
• These herbs are most often taken mixed with a cup of hot water (like a cup of tea), but they can also be mixed with cold water or taken as an undiluted shot!
