Sleep Hero focuses on herbal ingredients to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, achieve deeper, more restful sleep, and reduce the time it takes to regain sleep in case of night time disruptions.

Sleep Hero is gentle, safe, effective and won’t leave you feeling groggy or hungover in the morning. 

Indicated for when stress, over-stimulation or changing schedules impede your sleep experience. Also helpful for restoring balance after travel or when experiencing jet lag. Suitable for a short term recalibration of irregular sleep, and also for long term sleep support. 

What to Look For 

Within the first few days of using Peekay's Sleep Hero, sleep should feel easier and deeper. Within 2 to 4 weeks you should expect to be waking up each morning feeling more refreshed, more energized and ready to take on your day after a night of satisfying sleep.  

Dosing Guidelines

• As low as 1 Teaspoon (5ml) per day for small and sensitive individuals.
• As high as 1 Tablespoon (15ml) per day for larger and robust individuals.
• Herbs can be taken at one time or dosed several times per day.
• Higher doses are used for acute and/or severe symptoms, lower doses are used for milder symptoms and/or longer term maintenance.
• These herbs are most often taken mixed with a cup of hot water (like a cup of tea), but they can also be mixed with cold water or taken as an undiluted shot!
